Radio an USB problems

Hi,
I have an AUDI Q3 2019 and can't find out how to keep a radio frequency (local station) when travelling even if the strength is poor.
The station frequency is set as one of my favourites, but the closest local station constantly overtakes.
Another problem, I can't find any information about the 2 USB ports and Bluetooth. Are they just used for charging or both charging and communication. Seems like e.g. an iPod connected to one USB still uses Bluetooth when communicating with the MMI. What I would like to know is if it is possible to have an iPod connected to one USB, another USB-stick with music connected to the second USB and then connect my Smart-phone (Android) via an USB-connector plugged into the cigarette-lighter (just for charging) and communicating with MMI via Bluetooth.

Does anyone have more information about this?

I'm living in Sweden just for information, should not have any affect on the problems/solutions.
