2016 Presitige exterior mirror dimming?

Hello everyone,

Recently I notice the dimming feature on Q3, question is: is this feature only on driver side exterior mirror and rear view mirror? I don't see that happening on the passager side mirror, and I don't see dimming area lined on that mirror.
Faulty mirror? And suggestions?
