Hey all. Wife and I just picked up our 21 q3 last night.

When trying to pair the phone we can not, all the connection settings etc. They are just grey and not able to be selected. We did the Reset to factory and still nothing. It seems as if the radio wont reset. The dealer said they need it back to do a new software install.

Is there anything else we can do and not wait?

Have the same issue.. can’t select anything because it says it’s unavailable. Just got my Q3 2020 two days ago.. hope someone can give us some tips.

Any updates? I’m still having the same issue… idk if I should take mine in.
I usually use carplay and not Bluetooth which is when I seethat those options are unavailable- when they shouldn’t be.

Yes we got it working. The dealer had to do software updates to get it working

You can reinstall the software system or restart the connection
