I was lucky enough to find a low mileage 2016 Q3 in August and signed up for a 12 month unlimited data plan with AT&T managed via Audi Connect. I have just become aware through media articles that AT&T will shutdown their 3G network on Feb 22 next year and a call to Audi Connect confirmed this, but worse still there is no backup plan. When 3G goes down my vehicle will be without a WiFi hotspot. I'm saddened that Audi didn't know about the planned shutdown until October this year and they are looking at a refund for me, but it doesn't really answer the question - now what do I do?
Anyone else facing this dilemma?
