Hi guys, im in adelaide south australia. Took my perfectly good running 2012 turbo diesel q3 to audi for its 150000km service this week and they claim on test drive it lost all power and the turbo has seized. Car is out of warranty.
Anyone heard of this issue with the turbo they claim they havent. They say an intake valve wasnt connected and tried blaming the non audi mechanic who serviced it previously, who's my partner and i can assure you didnt touch it when he's been doing normal services only.
Anyone know how this could happen, is it possible its a coincidence or they've made a mistake? Any advice what i should do as they're telling me I'll have to pay to replace it !thanks
