My q3 is at Audi of Hunt Valley (MD) - brought in on Monday because driver's side rear window wouldn't go up. Diagnosed as needing a new window motor and regulator. Parts needed to be ordered “should only be a day or two". . On Wednesday the motor arrived - and checked this morning on the whereabouts of the regulator, and was assured that it too had arrived.

About 3pm I was advised by the service agent that Audi had failed to send a tool needed to install the grommets on the regulator. No one at the dealership has any idea when the tool will arrive! .

Totally frustrated and very angry.

Has anyone else ever heard of this tool scenario?
