Bluetooth turns off on its own!

I got my 2016 Q3 on December 31st and everything was working great! Don't get me wrong theres nothing wrong with the car, everything is great! except for the Bluetooth! The Bluetooth has been a problem since day 5 that I got this car. It starts off that I turn on the car and the Bluetooth is supposed to automatically pair with my phone. which yeah, in part it does, but lets say I play my music through apps like Spotify, well if I get a phone call or if my spotify is turned off and when I get in the car I turn it on, then the Bluetooth will automatically deactivate and to connect it back with my phone is incredibly hard and a hazard since I have to do all that while driving. Maybe its me that im doing something wrong or maybe its just my car that hates me lol but if anyone has encountered this problem or maybe knows a solution or an exorcism that I can do to my car so that the Bluetooth works, please help!!!!!

I've experienced some problems with the bluetooth also, but I've come to find that the problem is the phone's bluetooth. Iphone 6S

I just turn off the BT for about 5 seconds, then turn it on again and voila...

Ditto - it's seems to be the phon emore than the car - and several phone apps "interfere' with BT in my observations...

btw @Muckdysick17 - welcome to the forum please enjoy and come back often...

I have the same problem with my Samsung Note 4. The Bluetooth will disable itself and I have to turn it back on or restart my phone. I suppose turning the Bluetooth on the phone off and on might work. This problem also seems to only happen with certain apps. If I am running Amazon music or Youtube then no problem.
I have my iPhone paired and use it to play Pandora when in the car. When I used the nav system this past weekend I found that it did not revert back to Pandora after voice instructions interrupted a song.
Today I went to use Audible and it started playing for about 15 seconds. After that, it stopped playing automatically disabled Bluetooth in the settings. I had to restart my phone and the vehicle for it to work again. After that, it worked fine. Really weird and annoying.
This has happened to me a few times with Audible and many times with Rhapsody (both with downloaded content)... and once or twice with a local FM station App - which may have been cell connectivity related. I think it's pretty much App dependent incompatibilities with iOS, as Apple Apps (e.g. Music, Podcasts) have never dropped out for me -

As for those 2 Apps I have the most issues with, they too could be cell connectivity related as they MAY need to be connected even to play downloaded content - sounds weird but could be true if based on their driver/software agreements. I know for example that ATT UVerse MUST be connected to play downloaded content just to 'verify' user license requirements, whereas DirecTV for example does this internally (via the SatCard) and only requires power to play downloaded content...
Bluetooth Connection dropping the phone after phone calls

I have purchased an Audi 2016 Q3 and have been experiencing the Bluetooth disconnection since the first day. I took the car back 3 different times, and even had the audio replaced. The car will take a long time to find different iPhones (mine and from Audi workers), and also Samsung S7 Edge. If the phone pairs, I cannot answer a phone call and then go back to playing media. I have tried even many Q3s that I have received as loaners, and the car syncs in 5-10 seconds, and have no problems. Have you had your Q3 problem solved? This is one of many Audi I had, but the first I hate completely. The dealership is not helping and I feel like I have received a defective car. They now say they cannot compare my car with other Q3s because they have different sound systems. I only have this issue with this car, and it works well with another A3 I have. Thoughts?
