You should have been prompted to enable it when you set it up.

That said there is a TSB out there for a known issue with the wireless carplay. When I start my car the screen, when connected via wireless, looks like it wants to connect but goes to a black screen. You have to back out and then go back into it. Apparently it's on apple to fix. It's really frustrating. I actually find most of the infotainment, other than the aesthetics, clunky. It takes so long to load.

Thank you so much! However, the issue has been settled. Carlinkitcarplay service responds to me so fast and the dongle works great until now.
