Hey!

I am looking to replace the warm fog lamps with some cooler matching LED bulbs. I am on a lease and I am wondering if Audi can do this swap for me? and if anyone has recommendations on that H11 bulb i believe or if Audi has their own set of H11 LEDs.

Any bulb of the right type can be easily swapped - and I'm sure your Audi dealer would be delighted to do it - but so can YOU! It's not too hard - but go from underneath and back - NOT the front!! Also remember that cooler colored fogs actually DEFEAT the purpose of fog lights if you're using them for fog. If you just want additionally whiter lights to match your headlamps for looks, great - but it will ruin your ability to see better in the fog. If your REALLY want a good fog light - go to a warmer color - even ion yellow, to get the best fog light...

We don't have fog problems where I live, so I changed myself the fog lights for some cooler color.

save yourself some money and do it yourself.

Thanks! I took a look and yeah its a fairly easy swap it seems. I didn't quite remove it so I am not sure how the bulb clip is.

Fog is not too much of an issue here, but its good to know the reasoning behind the warmer light tone.

This is purely a cosmetic swap. I was looking into some H8/H11 LEDs and maybe some cooler halogens.
