Hello Everyone! I bought my 2015 Audi Q3 yesterday, its my first Audi. It's a PP+ Quattro with 19" wheels, power hatch and driver assist. There are really slim pickings on Q3's at the dealers out here in AZ. I had to settle for Black/Black which I didn't really want but that's all I could get. That said I love the car and it does look nice in black too. On the way to work I could tell that a few folks pulled up close to me to check out the car because they haven't seen a Q3 yet.

To be honest, I was really planning on buying a Tiguan 4motion SEL but could not find one in AZ and I was looking for months.
So glad I found the Audi Q3, much better car.

Welcome to the forum - I think you';; find some great folks here as well as great info on your Q3 - hope you can share some too -
ktraveler, hello and welcome to the forum! Great to have you here. Congratulations on your Q3, you've made a perfect choice! Would be nice if you could post some pictures, we love them here. Enjoy your new ride!
Welcome ktraveler.

I drove the Tiguan several times trying to like it but one test drive in the Q3 convinced me. OK, my previous two cars were Audi as well but the Tig just doesn't compare to the 3 (despite its many added babels for less $$) in my opinion.

Cheers!

ktraveler,

Welcome from Akron Ohio, I hope that you enjoy the new car!!!
Welcome!

I also drove the Tiguan and was amazed how boring it felt compared to the Q3. VW has a certain feel for sure.
Welcome to the forum! Do you think the black exterior color of your vehicle will make it even hotter? I know that must be a big deal for you living in Arizona.
It's a dry heat!

Yes Black/Black get hotter too in summer and its not easy finding shade. I only a choice of 3 cars all were Black/Black. One was Prestige ($$$), one was base with no back up camera and mine was in the middle. Color was compromise to get the other things I wanted.

Then theres the fact of how easily scratches show on black, but with the effort or money you pay for it to look flawless, it's worth it.

Just have to find a good detailer.
Congrats! Exciting!
If it makes you feel better at all, it's slim pickin's EVERYWHERE. My dealer searched all over...then we had to order a 2016 because the 2015 year is closed!
Post a pic of your pretty new car.
Welcome! I picked mine up last night! Mine is also black inside and out, which wouldn't have been my first choice, but overall, I'm happy with it. Looks better than I thought.
Mine is a Quattro Prestige with Sports Package, 18" wheels.

Have fun with it!! I haven't seen one on the road yet here in MA, so they are few and far between at the moment.

You're probably turning a lot of heads where you're located.
Even with A3 sedans i've noticed this to be the case, CLA owners look the hardest at A3's :D
