Oh, you have them, you just have to provide a sponge and elbow grease to make them work properly....>How funny! My salesman told me I had them!
Oh I know! I knew more than him by a long shot. He claimed it was because he did not have a 2016 Owners Manual to review! I saw him watch some YouTube videos was I was in Finance so he could "match up" with my knowledge.... :nerd:John-It appears that the sales guys are not as familiar with their own vehicle as one would hope....see my homelink thread...Yikes....
Not at all - and it's really sad that so many of y'all are finding this - my dealer has VERY strong ABSs that are thoroughly familiar with the lines and share amongst each other pretty well...I must admit to being pretty discouraged with the entire purchasing process in my case and the situation with the Homelink only adds to that. Am I wrong to expect that a person selling a premium brand product would know their product?
I echo that sentiment 100%. I've only dealt with one ABS, but he has been very knowledgeable and has taken the time to walk or talk my wife and I through all our questions and kept us informed prior to the car's arrival from the factory. Not at all - and it's really sad that so many of y'all are finding this - my dealer has VERY strong ABSs that are thoroughly familiar with the lines and share amongst each other pretty well...

I agree that is the case for a lot of them, but there are some really good ones out there too. Thanks! I just call them salesmen. They don't know much about the vehicles in my experience.
