Car: 2015 Q3 Audi
Goal: Need to set the rear hatch height so when I open the rear hatch door, it does not hit our garage roof
Problem: we do NOT have a rear hatch button on the rear hatch door (the one you would depress to close the door automatically). And so the instructions in the Owner's Manual do not make any sense (i.e., hold this button for 4 seconds to set rear hatch open height), as we do not have this button. Have tried it with the rear hatch button on the remote, but this does not work either. Suggestions?

I'm afraid you'll have to consult and have your dealer do this - if it's even possible. The manual is describing the adjustment ONLY for the power hatch system - NOT with the manual closers...

It might not be possible sadly. You could try for some hack fix, but other than that I think you just have to ask your dealer and cross your fingers.

As mentioned by the others here, it sure seems to be limited to the dealer or at least they would be a starting point for this.

Doubt there will be anyone around yet knowledgeable about this yet on the forums.
