Hey Aida - welcome to the forum - we hope you come back and visit often to find out stuff and make comments about your car, even pics are welcome. So, if you're using the iOS cable from Audi, it plugs into the port inside your console, then into the phone - either an 18pin or lightning connector and it should connect and charge so long as its plugged in and the car is on. As for the 12v sockets - if you use a USB adapter, they are only powered with the car too - that is the ignition is on. This is because they can support up to 2 amp USB adapters and if plugged in without the car on, they will drain your car battery pretty fast... Hope this helps -
