I’ve had a message pop up the day when I started the car saying the battery charge is low and the battery will charge when I’m driving. I did believe this cars always charge the battery when being driven, obviously modern technology in cars manage this process.
However it seems a bit strange to be getting this message when the car is only 10 months old and I’d only recently driven up to Newcastle and back which is close to a 700 mile trip From where I live.
Popped it on the Optimate 4 and it seems ok now but the Optimate did not indicate that the battery was fully charged even after being left on for 24 hrs.
Anyone else had this issue?
