My recently purchased 2016 Q3 recently went on the fritz. The display behind the steering wheel has switched to German or something and the control panel display has only the lines on it and shows some of the info in radio mode, but is generally blank in most other modes. The system seems to work, like it will sync to a phone and play music, but will disconnect and reconnect at random times.
I tried the reset process indicated in the manual as well as disconnecting the battery. There has been no change.
Any help appreciated before I hit the dealer.
