My name is Victor, I'm an Audi Q3 addict in Toronto, Canada. I've bargained for the winter mats and the cargo mats from the dealer (and i got both mats for free). I've stayed inside the car for hours just to "pump-up" and fine-tune the music to my satisfaction (and also tinkering with the MMI). You can't imagine how many times i've pushed the rear view camera while stopped at the Red light just to see how far the car behind me is.

I've been parking at the most desolate area (preferably a corner spot) at the supermarket parking lot, just to avoid any dings or scratches. At least, I'm getting my "steps" in for my fitbit. Planning on having the Q3 coated with Ceramic Pro 9H this week. I also have a stack of microfibre towels, chamois, Zanio Leather in a bottle...etc.

Any advise with the Ceramic Pro 9H? is it advisable to have the windshield coated as well? Will it disrupt the sensitivity of the Rain Sensor?

:D

I have no experience with tis but am VERY anxious (I'm a Chemical Engineer:nerd:) to hear more about its field effectiveness - I have NO one near or known that either applies this stuff or has had it done to talk with ...:(

Is the Ceramic Pro a sort of protective coat for your car?

Are you using the stock sound system? Is it to your liking?

Welcome to the forum!
The Ceramic Pro 9H is a permanent coating. I've attached some youtube videos above post for your reference.

The Bose system was standard to the model I got....and yes, I love it.

Looks good, but whats the cost?
The service includes:

Hand wash, Clay bar, machine compounding, machine polish, one layer of Ceramic Pro 9H (includes rims, headlights, windshield, and side windows) = $650CAD

Per additional Layer is $150.

I opted for additional 3 layers +1 layer of Ceramic Pro Light (for added glossiness), Total of 5 layers for a discounted amount of $1,000 CAD all inclusive.

Lifetime warranty.

Sounds slightly pricey to me, but it does come with a lifetime warranty so at least you know that its guaranteed to work well.

...or at least you can take it back umpty bump times to try and resolve or just go away disappointed and frustrated to try something else. I'm not saying that this product could lead to that, but let's be honest - ANYBODY who offers a 'lifetime' warranty is fundamentally hoping that you'll get get bored and/or forget about it before they really need to deliver...

And the few that hang in there, will go thru he££ and high water to get what they want/deserve - bully for them. I'm in that class btw, not very well appreciated by the retailers either.

Will do, Roger.

I've attached another picture under the sun. I like how it has a mirror/glossy effect. So far...I love how it looks, that's a good start.

It's supposed to rain this Wednesday. I'll see how it performs. I'll update you guys.
