Hello all!

New to the Audi world, as this is my first. Picked up a '17 Q3 Quattro to be my new daily driver. So far I'm liking the vehicle, but I'm already building a list of changes I would like to perform (never been satisfied with a vehicle from the factory).

The first thing on my list is removing some of the wheel well gap, and changing the wheels (not a fan of the OEM ones). i found some lowering springs and sway bars from H&R. The Q3 has more body roll than my last few vehicles and would like to tighten this up a bit.

Next I want to address the lower power output. From what I can tell the Q3 borrows tech from VW GTI for engine/performance. I haven't found any build threads, but would be very interested to see what others have already done, and what kind of one/custom builds I may have to explore.

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum - you might wanna check out the KW coilovers install - and the price is fairly reasonable if a bit more than the H&Rs. Most folks have yet to traverse the warranty loss for more power, although many have tried the SprintBooster to help meanwhile ...

Is there a youtube channel or something that has DIY videos and the like?

The pictures are great, but I like getting walked through just in case I need to troubleshoot something.

Any help for getting a resource like this would be greatly appreciated.

YOU could be the first to create a video for a walk-thru on any/everything you do to your Q3 ... Sorry, I can barely keep up with pics as I go along.

If you want more power and aren't too concerned about warranty issues, you should first look at ECU aka "chip" programming such as from APR. You can get 50+ horsepower and pound-feet of torque across most of the powerband just with software to tell the turbo to get busy. If you combine that with some intake and exhaust upgrades, you can squeeze even more. The crazy gains come after that, as upgrade disease kicks in and people start replacing perfectly good turbos, cranks, pistons, etc. with even beefier parts...
