Just bought my first Q3 a month ago.
Owned 18 VAG cars over the past 15 years so have a wealth of experience.
Few mods done since I got the car. Stage 1, Flat bottom steering wheel. Coded Door mirrors to fold off the Key & Gauge staging too.

Get yourself a bigger rear sway bar. Huge difference in turn in/ease of steering.

Search for Neuspeed swaybars and try to find something local. I think Whiteline makes one, too.
