Second key fob.

When I bought mu 2018 Q3 the dealership never told me it only had one key for it until the deal was done so now I need to buy a second FOB. I see there are plenty of used ones on eBay, etc. but being told that dealerships will not program them as they want you to buy a new one? Are these used FOB's programable by someone or do I need to buy a brand new one ($800)?
