Q is less than 1 week old. A few days ago and once today it would not start. Dash said it does not recognize key. I put the fob by the steering column and it fired up. Service (on the phone) had no idea why that is happening. Anyone else have this?

In my pocket under the seat belt. Phone was in shirt pocket. Ok I'll see how things go. Never had a problem like this with any car under the same conditions.
