Any recommendations on where to get touch-up paint? Not that I need any...

I found this online retailer but haven't had any experience with them.

Not that I have anything against buying touch-up paint from your dealer, but these days almost every decent body shop can mix you a small quantity (30-50 ml) on the spot and it will be fresh. If you drive in with the car you want to match, they can even do a quick paint card to match your car or bumper - they WILL be slightly different colors - guaranteed, and you'll have the best possible match for the exact use you need. They'll prolly also charge you a pretty fair price - free to $15...

I have to say, I've been really quite pleased with the Dr ColorChip kits that I've used on my previous Volvo, last Audi before it and now the Q3. They fill in chips without blobs and the color match is very good. Plus, they've lasted the length of a lease with plenty to spare at the smallest sizes. If you go this route, I'd recommend the gloss black 1/2 oz paint only to touch up the grille insert, too. They can send you that as a special request.

I always thought the best plan was to order from Audi or our dealership so that you get exactly the right color. I'm sure there are other options, but Audi seems the safest bet to get a good match.

That is indeed the best way to go about it.

You'll pay more than going with an aftermarket brand but worth it if you want to be absolutely sure.
