So slight I cannot tell if inside or outside! Fingernail does not catch. BUT, in sun they are very visible and driving me crazy. Is the windshield coated at all? Is there a recommended way to polish these? Can it hurt to try toothpaste? Barkeeper's Friend? Any advice appreciated. ~Bob

Yup it's possible to polish and not an uncommon thing. Germans (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche) all use rather soft glass but with more clarity - it's their trade-off. Many states will allow a deductible-free replacement for it - some (like SC) allow one each year ...
