I can do some reading and simply research but I'm too lazy. Does the Q3 come with a wheel stud pilot pin for (spare) tire change. If not I like to have one just in case.

Used to hang wheel and tire without having to balance wheel on lip of hub

Yes. I comes with one plastic one in the tire change kit. I have used it to do my winter tire change overs. It is very very sturdy.
