I am not yet a Q3 owner, but have an A3 and I am curious if I should sell or keep my extra set of wheels. The size on them is 18x8 et43. I know I will need to buy new tires, but will the width/offset cause rubbing issues on the Q3?

The Q3 uses a 7.5" et 43 wheel, then jumps to an et of 36 for an 8.5" wheel. Diameter hardly matters here. For a "perfect" fit of an 8" wheel, the correct offset would be about 38-39. I believe there is plenty of room for them, but a test fit should be the best idea regardless ... I think getting the right tire size (OD the same) might be trickier.
